Sales Tax
Any order shipped within the State or Massachusetts will be charged sales tax of 6.25% of the order unless a re-sale certificate can be provided.
- Standard shipping US Postal Service - 2-5 business days and or ups ground - $6.95
- UPS 2nd Day - 2 business days - $9.50

Return Policy
Items purchased from www.theinklady.com can be returned for full credit or exchange under the following conditions.
Returns are accepted for any product purchased as long as:
- Product is defective.
- Incorrect product was purchased and not opened.
- All returned products must be in their original packaging.
- All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition to receive refund. If you write on the package, put stickers or markings of any kind the item will not be resalable.
- If the inner plastic packaging is torn or opened in any manner the item cannot be returned for a refund.
- If you are returning an item because you purchased the incorrect cartridge/toner - please notify us immediately. Our products can be returned for up to six months from date of purchase. Products purchased over 4 months may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 25%. Special order items are not returnable. Return Policy for Defective Cartridges
- If you have received a defective cartridge - please contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement cartridge and a return call ticket.
